Current News Our 2007 Emergency Service Dinner Video Beaver Meadows Haz-Mat Wednesday. July 1, 2009- At 13:31 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 21 (Beaver Meadows). To Depot and Broad Street Beaver Meadows for a spill. District 21 arrived on scence and determined the call was in Banks Twp. and requested District 29 to be dispateched. District 21 remained on-scene to assist district 29. Units on Box:
Packer Twp. MVA Sunday, June 21, 2009- At 17:56 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 19 (L&L)Move- up to Weatherly, 20 (Weatherly), 21 (Beaver Meadows) Stand-By in quarters, and Weatherly Ambulance. To Route 93 just north of the State Game Land parking lot Packer Twp. for a Motorcycle accident. Shortly after the dispatch district 21 had a full crew at station, District 21 was on stand-by for 15mins and then released by weatherly command. Units on Box:
Weatherly Structure Fire Monday. May 18, 2009- At 03:07 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 19 (L&L), 20 (Weatherly), 21 (Beaver Meadows), and Weatherly Ambulance. To 208 Hudsondale Street Weatherly for a working Structure fire with two people trapped. Beaver Meadows Engine responded and was assigned to attack the fire from the rear of the structure. The Engine crew pulled a 2 1/2 line and started to attack the fire. Once the fire started to get knocked down a 1 3/4 line was then pulled and an interior attack was started. The two people that lived in the home were unable to make it out. Beaver Meadows was on scene for 6 hours and then released by Weatherly Command. (Click to see pics) Units on Box:
Weatherly CO Alarm Tuesday. May 12, 2009- At 01:17 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 21 (Beaver Meadows). To 916 North Street Weatherly for a CO Detector Activation. Weatherly Command was en-route and requested Beaver Meadows to respond with the gas metor due to theirs being out of service. Beaver Meadows Engine arrived on scene and found high levels of CO in the residence, it was found to be a malfunctioning heating unit, unit was turned off and the residence was vented, units were on scene for an hour and then released by Weatherly command. Packer Twp. MVA Thursday, May 7, 2009- At 07:37 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 19 (L&L), 20 (Weatherly), 21 (Beaver Meadows), and Weatherly Ambulance. To Route 93 in the area of the Penn. Dot shed for an MVA. Beaver Meadows engine responded and assisted Weatherly with general clean-up and traffic control. While units were operating on this incident Weatherly had another call for a truck on fire on route 93 at the top of the mountain, Weatherly's engine broke free of the scene and handled the other call.. Hazle Twp. Brush Fire Monday. April 27, 2009- At 14:25 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 21 (Beaver Meadows) and 29 (Tresckow). To Luzerne County North Park Drive, Humboldt Industral Park, Hazle twp.. For a Brush fire. Beaver Meadows Brush responded and assited with all other units on scence for 4 hours. Units on Box:

Lausanne Twp. Structure Fire Tuesday. April 7, 2009- At 20:40 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 19 (L&L), 20 (Weatherly), 21 (Beaver Meadows), and Weatherly Ambulance. To 122 N Stagecoach Rd. Lausanne Twp. for a Structure fire. L&L Command arrived on scene and stated the fire is in the chimney. He then placed district 21 on Stand-by in Weatherly's Station. To 2085 Grist Mill Drive Packer Twp. For a Re-kindle. Weatherly Command arrived on scene and had Beaver Meadows Engine set up a fill- site at the Treskow Rod and Gun Club on Round Head Road. Beaver Meadows MVA Thursday, March 12, 2009- At 22:26 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 20 (Weatherly) and 21 (Beaver Meadows). To 2 Tamaqua Street Beaver Meadows for a motor vehicle accident with an injury. 2103 (J. Moyer) arrived on scene and assumed command. Personel arrived on scene and controled fluids. Weatherly Chimney Fire Monday. March 2, 2009- At 18:37 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 19 (L&L), 20 (Weatherly), 21 (Beaver Meadows), and Weatherly Ambulance. To 631 Third Street Weatherly for a Dwelling fire. Fire in the chimney. Weatherly Command arrived on scene and stated fire is coming out of the top of the chimney. First in engine extinguished the fire with a Dry-Chem. and exhaust fan from the inside. Beaver Meadows engine arrived on scene and assisted with looking for extension with turned up negative, units were on scene for an hour and then released by Weatherly command. Units on Box:
McAdoo Structure Fire Sunday. March 1, 2009- At 18:04 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 21 (Beaver Meadows) for an Engine and 29 (Tresckow). To Schuylkill County 653 S. Hancock St. McAdoo for a Structure fire. Beaver Meadows Engine, Hazle Twp, Hometown, and Tresckow while en-route were told to return due to the fire being under control . Units on Box:

To 670 Wallace Way Packer Twp. for a Residential Fire Alarm. Beaver Meadows Engine went en-route and was told to set up a fill site on Grist Mill Drive. Packer Twp. Structure Friday, January 16, 2009- At 12:10 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 19 (L&L), 20 (Weatherly), 21 (Beaver Meadows), and Weatherly Ambulance. To 1108 Brenkman Drive Packer Twp. For a Chimney fire with black smoke coming from the chimney and making a "cracking" noise. Beaver Meadows Search Sunday, January 11, 2009- At 18:48 Carbon County 911 dispatched Fire Districts 20 (Weatherly) and 21 (Beaver Meadows). For a search for a missing person in Beaver Meadows. 2103 (J. Moyer) arrived at station and assumed command and set up the staging area at the firehouse.
